- Brandon Lee Bickel, 30, 202 E. Walnut St., Nappanee, arrested for possession of marijuana and two counts of contempt of court. Bond: $570

- Jeremy A. Hartzell, 31, 8699 N. 900 W., Nappanee, arrested for OWI with a BAC of .15 percent or higher and OWI endangerment. Bond: $1,500
